Mara Simba Lodge is strategically located for the game drives. It is near the main gate (the Sekenani Gate) and, therefore, there are no long drives from Nairobi and back. Within a radius of 20 km from Mara Simba Lodge, you will most properly see all the animals in Masai Mara including the 'Big Five', which are leopards, lions, rhinos, buffalos and elephants. The lodge is set in the realm of the Masai people, who are the locals. From the lodge, it is only a few minutes to a Masai village tour. Talek River is near Mara Simba Lodge hence attracting a lot of animals and birds. The area is landscaped with the indigenous trees and plants, which attract a lot of butterflies as well as birds. The guest rooms and the public areas are well lit pathways complementing the natural settings.

The restaurant and bar offer first class cuisine. The bar has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The dining area is where a delicious cuisine of succulent meat dishes and vegetarian menus are served, and the bar has stone fireplaces, focal points in the cool of the evening.
Meal times at the lodge are as follows: - Breakfast is between 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. while lunch is served between 12.30p.m. and 2.30 p.m. in the afternoon. The final meal of the day, dinner, is served between the hours of 7.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. in the evening.
Reservations that are canceled or reduced in length of stay or numbers of guests are subject to cancellation and No-show fees as follows:
