Mara Serena Lodge is located in one of the best areas in Masai Mara National Reserve. The landscape is very spectacular. It's on this terrain where millions of wildebeest migrate from the Serengeti. This is the best lodge to stay if you want to experience the famous migration that starts annually in July. This lodge design is like the Masai Traditional Houses commonly known as manyattas.
Facilities & Services
There are 74 rooms (including 5 family rooms and one suite: all non-smoking). There is a dining room, internal and external bars, a swimming pool, a sundeck, gift shop, a business center, and 3 game drives daily with well educated wilderness guides. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the guided nature walks or bird-watching trips; afterwards guests can enjoy dinner in the bush while watching the sun go down over the plains with a ‘sundowner' cocktail.
Guests can visit the Maasai communities and purchase Maasai handicrafts, in addition to learning about the Maasai dances and guitar music.
The accommodation has satellite TV (in common areas only), Wi-Fi and guests can enjoy breakfast near the hippo pools. Hot air balloon rides can be arranged.

Children policy:
- While sharing a room with parent(s) in a baby cot, children below the age of 4 years can stay free of charge
- A maximum of two children below the age of 4 years sharing with parent(s) shall be charged 50% of the room rate
- Children staying in their own room (12 to 18 years) shall be charged 80% of the room rate
