Mara Intrepids Camp is one of the best spotting area for leopards as well as the other big five. A short game drive from Mara Intrepids Camp is very satisfying as you can manage to see more than one million wildebeest during the great migration starting every July.
If you are an intrepid traveller, you should not miss this camp as you will be away from the big crowds of tourists and explore the wilderness in your own way with a personal driver guide.
The camp is built on the banks of the River Takek, which joins the larger River Mara and eventually drains its waters in Lake Victoria, which is a fresh water lake in Western Kenya.
